We finance the purchase and rehab of a rental property, then once the renovation is complete, the investor refinances into a conventional bank loan through one of our lending relationships. Banks typically will not finance an as-is property or fund the rehab, but they are happy to finance a fully renovated, tenant-ready home. We bridge that gap so you can acquire, improve, and stabilize the asset on a short timeline.
